JAMES TOOMEY

Attended John Carroll ( Undergrad) and grad school at Syracuse. Came West as VISTA volunteer in Southwest and have worked for colleges and universities in the Mountain States ever since. Met my wife on trip to Kenya in 1983. We have been with the University of Idaho since 1988 and work for ag extension in Idaho's Treasure Valley. I work with wineries, farms and cattle ranches.

Regret that I only had 2 years at Brush-transfered in from Cathedral Latin. Brush in those days was a great college prep school with strong teachers and friendly kids. All my younger brothers and sisters had the privilege of going all three years.
Brush was filled with amusing charecters -particularly the gym class goof-offs.
I can lay claim, however, to having the longest history with Sandy Siegler. We lived next door in Mayfield HTS and attended kindergarten together.
